The paperwork is the product.
Bacteriostatic water looks identical whoever makes it. What separates one vial from another is whether anyone can show you the record behind it — so we publish ours before you buy, not after.
Every lot is tested, not sampled annually. Each fill run is released against its own analysis.
The code on the vial matches the record. Look up any lot before or after it arrives.
Full reports stay downloadable. Archived COAs remain accessible for your own records.

Answered by people
Specification and order questions handled by our own team, not a script.
What buyers actually mention.
Double-boxed, every seal intact, and the lot code on the label matched the COA exactly. That’s all I needed.
Ordered Friday, on the bench Tuesday. Labels are legible and the batch code is easy to cross-reference in our log.
The documentation is why we switched suppliers. Looking a lot up beats emailing a rep and waiting two days.
Clear and colourless with nothing visible on inspection. Carton arrived scuffed but the vials were untouched.
Reordered three times now. Same seal, same label layout, same paperwork every time. Consistency is the whole point.
Filled in-house. Never repackaged.
We run our own fill line rather than relabelling somebody else’s stock, which is the only way to know what a lot has actually been through. Same room, same people, same procedure since 2019.

What is bacteriostatic water?
Sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative, used as a laboratory diluent. We supply it as a research material only and provide no guidance on applications.
Where do I find the certificate of analysis?
Each lot has its own COA, published before the lot goes on sale. Enter the code printed on the vial or carton into the lot lookup to open the full report as a PDF.
How is an order packaged and shipped?
Vials ship in moulded inserts inside a double carton with no exterior branding. In-stock weekday orders dispatch within 24 hours and include tracking.
Do you provide usage instructions or protocols?
No. We do not publish protocols, quantities, or any health-related guidance, and our support team cannot advise on use. Questions about specifications, lots, and delivery are welcome.
Who is eligible to order?
Purchasers aged 21 or over who confirm the material is intended for laboratory or research use. Eligibility is confirmed on entry and again at checkout.
